All this is a mountainous area, noted for its higher altitude of almost 1070 m, higher rainfall and granite soils.
They are small vineyards of difficult access, some of them have been planted for 80 years and all of them are worked manually and fertilized with organic matter.

South-East facing.
Round, powerful and fruity, always driven by the mineral leave of poor, shallow soils of granitic sand. ⠀
Aged for 6 months in 400L French oak barrels and 1200L eggs. ⠀

EL SOPLÓN DE ALBILLO REAL 2021 | Bodega Finca Fuentegalana
Albillo Real from "Fuentegalana".
Harvest by hand in 15 kg crates. Pellicular maceration for two days and then pressing. Fermentation and ageing in 500L chestnut barrels for 10 months.
Very aromatic, with hints of white flowers, almonds, dried apricots and plums. The palate is full-bodied, unctuous, with a long finish, very pleasant and elegant.

Maceration with skins for 12 hours.
Cold fermentation and subsequent ageing with its lees in centenary vats and French oak foudre that give it structure and unctuousness. ⠀

Fresh, complex, long and almost vicious wine. ⠀
Not filtered or clarified. May have sediment.

Manual harvesting in 15 kg. boxes. Selection table and vatting in concrete tanks. Cold pre-fermentation for 3 days and fermentation at no more than 25ºC, with indigenous yeasts. Manual pressing. Malolactic fermentation in 500 and 225 L French oak barrels where it ages for 12 months.
The only addition is sulphur dioxide during vatting and before bottling

Perrachica 1912 comes from vineyards in the Alto Alberche, western part of the Valley, from a family winery with roots in Villanueva de Avila, being the fifth generation of winegrowers
The vineyards are located in a mountainous area with granite soils. It belongs to the place of the sotillo in the shade and an altitude of 1000 m.
These plots are worked manually and are fertilized with organic matter. The most SPECIAL thing about this wine is that the vines were planted in 1912

Telurico Syrah red wine from "Fuentegalana".
Manual harvesting in 15 kg. boxes. Selection table and vatting in concrete tanks. Cold pre-fermentation for 1 day and fermentation at no more than 25ºC for 20 days, with indigenous yeasts. Manual pressing.
Aged for one year in concrete tanks. The only addition is sulphur dioxide during vatting and before bottling.

Fermented and aged separately to then compose this coupage that introduces us to the typicality of the Burgohondo vineyards.
A very fruity wine, highly expressive, with the presence of granite soils, sweet, fresh and a slight accompaniment of ageing in concrete and wood.
