Vereda de Las Tórdigas 2019 is a red wine from the village of Burgohondo, coming from different areas, fermented and aged separately and then blended.
Made from Grenache grapes from different plots of old vines in different areas of Burgohondo (Ávila, Sierra de Gredos). The grapes were harvested between 5 and 21 September, and as it is a wine made from almost all of the grapes, each batch fermented and aged in different containers.
Tasting notes:
Rico-Nuevo Vereda de las Tordigas 2019 Aromas of black fruit, ripe fruit and dried herbs. Full of character. Fruity on the palate, easy to drink, with notes of ripe fruit. Fruity finish.
Serving and Pairing:
Enjoy with stews, red meats, and roasts.
Served between 14-16 ºC.
