Selected grapes from vineyards in Rioja Alavesa. Cold pre-fermentation maceration. Long fermentations at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
Tasting notes:
It has very intense fruity aromas, with spicy hints such as vanilla and cinnamon making the whole complex and elegant. It has a marked meatiness, with a very ripe and elegant tannin, enveloping and very balanced with sensations of dried fruit in its finish.
Serving and Pairing:
Perfect pairing for a meat barbecue, cured cheeses and cured meats, Jamon, soft/semi-cured cheeses as well as fried fish or chicken/pork meats.
Served at 14-16 ºC.
