Handmade smoked paprika.
The wisdom and care given by a grandfather to his family originates the Don Pablo brand, a product that is the result of a magnificent harvest and meticulous processing that has been passed down from generation to generation since the XVII century in Candeleda (Ávila).
The process of dehydration of the pepper is carried out in hundred-year-old stone drying sheds using oak and holm oak wood. Once smoked, the peppers head is removed to achieve the highest quality flavour and a unique colour, which does not require any kind of additive or added oil.
Once you try it you will not be able to change it.
