Paella is the best-known traditional Spanish dish in the world. Originally from Valencia, in the east of Spain, there are several classic recipes that, adding to its rice base and making use of the richness and variety of food in the area, take advantage of local products from the orchard and the sea.
Each pack contains the seafood and the wood fired seafood broth for 2/3 people.
The cooking of the broth and the ingredients is paused at the ideal moment so that you can finish the dish at home in just 18 minutes, following a few simple steps.
The seafood version is also known as paella del Senyoret (Gentlemen paella) given the ease with which the seafood can be eaten without peeling it.
This paella makes the most of the resources of the Mediterranean, including prawns, galleys and crabs and small pieces of cuttlefish and peeled prawns.
