Small juicy scallops from Galicia – ‘Zamburiñas al natural’. The natural scallops are cleaned to remove any impurities. The hepatopancreas is removed and they are packed one by one in a tin and then covered with seawater. The texture and flavour achieved by Casa Santoña makes this preparation an exceptional representation of all the sea flavour of the Galician coast. Serve as a tapa with crusty bread and a glass of white wine.
